Together with the municipalities, the district administration of Völkermarkt and the Office of the Carinthian Provincial Government - Department 5 - Health and Care, we offer a free service of care coordination for older people and relatives who need care. From now on, a care coordinator is available in every municipality to give you advice and support!

The nurses advise on support options in the areas of health, care and social services and offer assistance with applications of all kinds or with the organization of everyday care. If desired, a voluntary visiting service can be organized.
